These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Print And Unwind website at https://printandunwind.com and any purchases or custom requests you make through it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Agreement
Print And Unwind ("we", "us", "our") is a small, made-to-order shop. These Terms form an agreement between you and us for website use, product purchases, and custom work requests. Additional details may appear on a product page, checkout, or written quote; if those conflict with these Terms for a specific order, the order-specific details control for that order.
Products, custom work & made-to-order
Most items are printed after you order. Colors, finishes, and small dimensions can vary slightly between prints. Custom requests (including sizes, colors, or designs you propose) are accepted at our discretion and may require a quote before production begins.
If you upload photos or other files for personalization (for example, lithophane frames), you confirm you have the right to use those files and that we may process them solely to fulfill your order.
Pricing & payment
Prices are shown in US dollars unless otherwise stated. We may update prices at any time; the price at checkout for a completed order is the price you pay. Payment is collected through our checkout provider. Orders are not final until payment succeeds and we confirm or begin production.

Returns & exchanges
Because items are made to order, return and exchange rules are described in our Returns & Exchanges policy. Please read that page before ordering.
Intellectual property
Shop designs, product photos, logos, and site content belong to Print And Unwind or our licensors. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute our designs or listings without permission.
Customer-uploaded artwork (such as photos used for lithophanes) remains yours. You grant us a limited license to crop, process, and print that artwork only as needed to fulfill your order. We do not claim ownership of your photos.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Print And Unwind is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed.
