References
Photos, sketches, or 3D files help a lot. Color preferences and finish (matte, smooth, ribbed) keep the quote accurate.
Timeline & budget
Share any deadline and a comfortable budget range. Made-to-order pieces need print time; we will say honestly if a date is tight.
