Every piece from Print And Unwind is made to order on a small scale in the United States. That means your vase, planter, or organizer is printed after you order—not pulled from a warehouse shelf.
Processing time
Most orders take 3–7 business days to print, inspect, and pack. Custom requests or busy seasonal periods can take a little longer; if that happens, we will email you with an updated estimate.
Shipping method & carriers
We ship within the United States using standard carriers (typically USPS, and occasionally UPS or similar when it makes sense for size or cost). Tracking is provided once your package leaves the studio.
Delivery estimates
- Domestic (USA): usually 2–5 business days in transit after the label is created.
- Combined: from order to doorstep, plan on roughly 1–2 weeks for most domestic orders.
These are estimates, not guarantees—carrier delays happen and are outside our control.
Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and package size. Free-shipping promotions, when offered, will be shown clearly on the cart or checkout page.
International orders
We primarily ship within the USA. If you need an international shipment, contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether we can support your destination and what duties or extra postage might apply.
Lost or damaged packages
If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive it, check with neighbors and your carrier first. For packages lost in transit or clearly damaged on arrival, email support@printandunwind.com with your order number and photos within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery). We will work with you on a replacement or refund as appropriate.
