Who makes these products?
Print And Unwind is a one-person shop. Designs are selected or refined here, then 3D-printed, packed, and shipped from the USA. You are buying from a small maker, not a big-box factory.
What material do you use?
Most home goods are printed in durable PLA or similar plant-based filaments suited to indoor décor. Listings note finish and any special material notes. These pieces are for indoor use unless a product page says otherwise.
How long until my order ships?
Typical print-and-pack time is 3–7 business days, then a few days in transit. See the Shipping Policy for details.
Will colors match the photos exactly?
We aim for consistency, but filament batches and lighting can create small variations. That is part of handmade 3D printing—not a defect.
How should I care for my piece?
Dust with a soft cloth. Avoid high heat, dishwashers, and prolonged direct sun, which can soften or fade PLA. Planters with drainage are for indoor plants unless noted.
Can I request a custom size or design?
Yes—use the Custom Request form. Share dimensions, references, and timeline. Custom work is quoted individually and may need longer lead times.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?
Sometimes, depending on capacity. Email support@printandunwind.com with quantities and timing and we will let you know what is realistic.
What is your return policy?
Made-to-order items are not returnable for change of mind, but we replace or refund defective, damaged, or incorrect shipments. Full details are on the Returns page.
